Pure, fresh water is essential for unlocking the pure botanical profile. Bring filtered water to a gentle boil, then let it rest for 30 seconds to drop to approximately 95°C. Water that is too hot will scald the delicate botanical notes.
- Use fresh, filtered spring water if possible.
- Avoid re-boiling water to maintain active oxygen levels.
II. Steep for 5 to 7 Minutes
Place one premium pyramid tea bag into your cup or tea vessel. Gently pour the heated water over the bag. Cover the vessel to preserve the essential citrus oils. Let the blend steep for 5 to 7 minutes as the golden liquor intensifies.
